Declaration of Independence

In the course of Human events since July 4, 1776, this nation has endured and rejoiced in many events that have shaped this nation into the greatest and foremost place on the face of the earth to live in Freedom, enjoy Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.

There are now several truths that have become self-evident since the founding of this nation. Chief among these are that our Government is no longer “Of the People, by the People, and for the People”. Our government has become “of the government, by the government, and for the government” threw the ignorance of The Will of the People and the Ignorance of the Constitution of the United States of America and its guidelines. And, while it may be our right, even our responsibility, to abolish and alter our Government, it is also self evident that our Government does work well when operating within the Constitutional guidelines. We the People will not let the Constitution of the United States of America fall into the hands of those who would make changes that would not be to best interest of The People or give the Government Power over the people that cannot be changed by any form of suffrage. The recent history of repeated injuries, usurpations, and Despotism are establishing a fear of the Government that the People of the United States of America do not deserve or have voted for.

We the People hold the following actions of the government and the people representing the citizens of the United States of America up for considerations for Constitutional amendments that will be done to uphold the Independence and Freedom of our nation:

Item 1. -Congress has set itself apart from the People by giving themselves special advantages not available to all of the people of the United States of America by creation of pensions, heath care, exemptions from the Law, and salaries for life to be paid for by the People, thereby converting all Representatives of the People to representatives of the Government. (1)

Item 2. -Congress, the President, and the Supreme Court have made themselves and the Federal Government more important and self serving then The People of the United States of America at the cost of The People’s safety, security, and Freedom and have implemented ways that the Government can benefit from and by the loss of life, despair, and the suffering of the citizens of the United States of America.(2)

Item 3. -Congress has passed and the President has signed into law many forms and ways to control Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness threw the use of unequal, unusual, and excessive taxation of The People and businesses across the United States of America. Congress has taken away from all the citizens the right to be equal in the eyes of the law with such abuses and usurpations within an unfair, unruly, unmanageable, and an overly complex tax code.(3)

Item 4. -The President has allowed the use of agents of the Federal Government to enforce the abuses and usurpations contained within the tax code, and has allowed the unequal protection under the law by the IRS by showing favoritism to certain groups and individuals. (4)

Item 5. -Congress and the President have given away power and authority to the Federal Government to use electrical, mechanical, and electronic means to hold the citizens of the United States of America accountable for the purpose of the collection of revenues. (5)

Item 6. -Congress and the Federal Government have a complete lack of common sense with respect to the Dollar and the self evident and common use of money in the lives of the People of the United States of America. Congress has made the people of the United States of America dependent on the government for their livelihood and well being in later years of life and has rendered Senior Citizens of the United States of America unable to save and protect themselves from being made worthless in the eyes of the People.

Item 7. -Social Security is now a part of the Culture of the United States of America and is no longer an insurance program as originally conceived and enacted. Congress, threw Despotism and Ignorance, has not upheld or maintained Social Security and has taken away from our senior citizens their Independence and their value to all of the citizens of the United States of America. Congress has taken the Full Faith and Credit of the United States of America away from the Senior Citizens by squandering the revenues that have been collected, for now the entire lives of most, for the People with the promise of return in later life by increasing the age that People may start taking advantage of such promised resources. (7)

Item 8. -Congress and the President have ignored the Will of the People and the Constitution to protect our borders from invasion and lawlessness. (8)

Item 9. -The Congress and the President of the United States of America have made laws, appropriations, and bureaucratic entities outside of the enumerated rights ordained by the Constitution of the United Stated of America. The Supreme Court can not react to such activities without taking so much time that any reaction would be futile or such action would be so expensive as to prevent any citizen from trying to stop such Despotism. (9)

Item 10. -Congress, The President, and the Supreme Court have taken advantage of new and upcoming technologies that allow for surveillance of every activity the People of the United States of America. The increase in bureaucracy and wasting of revenues to keep track of everything must stop. Just because something can be made to record, trace, or somehow keep track of people’s activity, does not mean that the government must use this technology for “just in case” reasons or to provide information that has proven to be used by companies to better profits for those who have privileged connections to Federal Government. (10)

Item 11. -Congress, The President, and the Supreme Court of the United States of America have done nothing to uphold and defend Suffrage threw the use of even the most rudimentary technology to guarantee one-citizen–one-vote. (11)

Item 12. -Congress, The President, and the Supreme Court have done nothing to stop unconstitutional spending or to follow the Constitution on budget requirements or to stop spending on States Rights responsibilities. (12)

Item 13. -Congress has destroyed the educational system in every state of the union threw unconstitutional involvement and spending that has made every state dependent on federal help that has ultimately lead to the United States being one of the worst places on earth to get and education. (13)

Item 14. -The Supreme Court has become a political entity that can be seduced by a very small number of people that may or may not have the People’s interest or The United States of America well-being in mind. The People must be made the final say in Supreme Court rulings and decisions to make the sedition of the Supreme Court far too difficult to accomplish. (14)

This Declaration of Independence is intended to give guidelines for amendments to the Constitution of the United States of America and prevent a Constitutional Convention that would allow Congress to cast off a system of Government that has proven to be the best form of Government on the face of this earth. Our Government will return to being Of the People, By the People, and For the People of the United States of America. The Constitution works well when the guidelines, checks, and balances are followed. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence and the Truth, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.
